PEOPLE across Keighley are being urged to take part in a survey which will help shape mental health services in the district.

Bradford District and Craven Health and Care Partnership is seeking views following a national call for evidence, which will contribute to a new ten-year Government plan to improve mental health.

Therese Patten, for the partnership, said: "We have an opportunity to influence how mental health services are delivered.

"Your views will help to shape the new ten-year plan.

"We want everyone to take part, as this will affect how services are delivered here in Bradford District and Craven.

"We'll collate all the responses and the feedback will be analysed to establish key themes. These will then contribute to our local response to the call for evidence. We will also prepare a response to show how your views will help us plan and deliver services across the district."

Comments should be submitted at engagebdc.com/callforevidencebdc by 5pm on Friday, June 3.

For a hard copy of the survey, or an alternative format such as large print or braille, email actasone@nhs.net or call 01274 237290 and ask for the ‘call for evidence for new ten-year plan to improve mental health’ survey.
