A KEIGHLEY company has become a member of ARLA Propertymark – the leading regulatory body for lettings agents.
Pure Residential Letting Specialists' director Lee Bilbrough and senior property manager Marie Warrington had to pass a series of professional exams, and the company underwent a rigorous audit of its client account and general procedures.
"ARLA membership shows our commitment to providing the best possible advice and service to landlords," said Lee.
"A series of upcoming changes to the private rented sector – possibly the biggest in a generation – will pose a number of challenges for private landlords, and joining ARLA ensures we are best placed to look after clients' interests.
"Landlords need to be aware of a raft of regulations surrounding lettings and property management."
