A LONG Lee motorist has been banned from driving for four years by magistrates.
Ben Andrew James Nelson, 25, of Moorview Grove, was found guilty of failing to provide when required a specimen of blood for analysis and using a motor vehicle – a motorcycle – without a licence.
Also, he pleaded guilty to using a vehicle with no test certificate.
In addition to receiving the ban, Nelson was fined £250 by Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court and ordered to pay £100 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
