PEOPLE living in the Keighley district who are deaf or hard of hearing are being asked to share their views on standards of care.
The Care Quality Commission is collating people's experiences of GP surgeries, dentists, hospitals and care homes.
SignLive, which enables feedback to be provided using British Sign Language, has been launched on the commission's website or people can use text relay – go to the 'contact us' section at cqc.org.uk.
Kate Terroni – for the commission, which has joined with Disability Rights UK to gather feedback – said: "The experiences of people who are deaf and hard of hearing is significant in understanding how care for them can be improved."
Feedback can also be given through Healthwatch, based in Central Hall, Keighley.
