A PUNJABI takeaway restaurant has reopened under new ownership.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony at Gillani's, in Lidget, Oakworth, was performed by Keighley town mayor Councillor John Kirby.
A fellow Keighley town councillor, Fulzar Ahmed, was also in attendance.
The business, which employs five people, is owned by Lilu and Ashraf Miah.
"We aim to introduce people to the rich tastes of Punjabi cuisine and ensure they have a memorable experience," said the duo.
"We're delighted at the reopening and are looking forward to serving the people of Oakworth and beyond."
Cllr Kirby said he was pleased to perform the honours at the ribbon-cutting event and paid tribute to the enterprise.
He added that he was sure the business would be a success and wished it well.
