PEOPLE across the Keighley district who use non-emergency NHS patient transport services are being urged to take part in a survey.
Following a national consultation and review of criteria, the eligibility for some patients is changing.
A spokesperson for NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board says: "To help with how these changes in national policy are implemented across this region, we want to understand how local patients currently travel to medical appointments and what they would do if their current method of transport wasn’t available."
Further information about the policy changes can be found at england.nhs.uk/publication/non-emergency-patient-transport-services-eligibility-criteria
People wishing to take part in the survey can do so via the NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board website, at westyorkshire.icb.nhs.uk
The survey closes on Sunday, October 13.
