A Keighley social club's registration was scrapped after it failed to file an annual return since 2016.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has cancelled the registration of Amalgamated Engineers (Keighley) Social Club and Institute Limited.
The club, located at 16 Russell Street, Keighley, was found to have violated the Co-operative and Community Benefit Societies Act 2014.
The last acceptable annual return from the club was filed for the financial year ending in 2016.
As a result of this cancellation, the society is no longer entitled to the privileges of a registered society.
However, any liabilities incurred by the society may still be enforced against it as if the cancellation had not taken place.
In other local news, residents in Cowling will face some road closures in the coming weeks.
A notice has been published to prohibit any vehicle from using Long Lane and Cowling Hill Lane.
The closure is scheduled from January 12 until February 6, although the order can be extended until April 12 if necessary.
The closure is necessary to allow Quickline Communications Ltd to install fibre ducting and chambers.
The closure period will be indicated by traffic signs, and a local alternative route will be signed on-site where appropriate.

Furthermore, telecommunication works are set to impact Keighley residents as the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council has announced a temporary closure of the Holme House Lane section.
The closure will stretch from a point outside No. 3 Holme House Lane to a point outside No. 24 Goose Eye.
Vehicles associated with the works will be exempt, while pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Vehicular traffic will be redirected via alternative routes, including the unaffected section of Holme House Lane, Goose Eye, Game Scarr Lane, and others.
The order comes into operation at 8am on January 13 and is expected to last until 5pm on January 14.
However, should it become necessary, the closure can be extended for up to 18 months.
