RAIL passengers can meet with senior rail leaders next week to discuss their journeys.
Train operators and Network Rail are hosting the event on the main concourse at Leeds station between 8am and midday on Tuesday, May 26.
The new initiative aims to bring rail bosses face to face with daily service users.
Representatives from Northern, TransPennine Express, and Network Rail will be present to listen to customers, answer questions, and provide updates on network improvements.
Alex Hornby, Northern’s Commercial and Customer Director, urged customers to directly share their experiences, stating that the event is about accountability and having honest conversations.
David Dubaj-Downs, Head of Customer and Station Transformation for Network Rail's North and East Route, remarked on the significance of Leeds station, handling 33 million passengers a year, and welcomed the opportunity for passengers to share their views.
Graham Meiklejohn, Head of Regional Development, Stakeholders and Communities at TransPennine Express, highlighted the value of customer feedback and insights for improving services.
For those unable to attend in person, an online feedback form will be available.
The event is the first in a series planned in the coming months, taking place ahead of rail reform as the industry moves into Great British Railways.
Northern operates 2,650 services daily to over 500 stations across the north of England.
