A KEIGHLEY man has been successful in appealing his conviction of harassment from 2020 and has been found not guilty.
The appeal came after Bradford & Keighley Magistrates Court imposed a restraining order on Mohammed Ibrar Shabir, of Carlby Grove, in 2021.
He was also ordered to pay £300 costs and a £52 victim surcharge.
However, Mr Shabir has since appealed against the conviction and been found not guilty at a retrial.
