A ROAD closure has been announced due to electrical works.
Bradford Council has informed residents of a temporary closure on Two Laws Road, Stanbury, for electrical works.
The closure, from its junction with New Laithes Road to a point outside Keepers Cottage, will be in place on October 7, from 9am to 3pm.
Access will be maintained for vehicles involved in the works, while pedestrian access will remain open.
Alternative routes for vehicles have been established and include sections of Lancashire Moor Road, Keighley Road, Colne Road, and Main Street, among others.
The announcement states: "The proposed Order will come into effect at 09:00 hours on October 7, 2026 and remain in force until 15:00 hours on October 7, 2026 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary)."
