Firefighters tackled a moorland blaze near Long Lee.
They were called out to the fire, on land above Long Lee Lane, at about 11pm on Friday.
Two appliances from Keighley and the Wild Fire Unit attended.
Keighley watch manager Van Galtress said: “The fire covered about 125 square metres of moorland and took two-and-a-half hours to put out.
“The police were called to investigate due to suspicions it was ignited deliberately.”
Airedale and North Bradford Police are now investigating.
