A GROWING company has invested in a new communications system.
England Worthside Ltd, of Hope Mills in Keighley, has upgraded its telephony facility.
Business communications specialist NGC Networks has installed a so-called SWYX VoIP telephony system.
And it is now also managing the firm’s mobile phone fleet.
Dean Harrop, a director at NGC Networks, said: “England Worthside required a modern business telephony solution with greater functionality, which improves both the user and customer experience.”
England Worthside was originally best known as a manufacturer of traditional, hand-pull beer pumps.
Now the company, which employs more than 60 people, is a leading supplier of drinks dispensing equipment.
Robert Stead, business development director, welcomed the new investment.
He said: “The previous system needed upgrading to support our business, which is very customer focused.
“The new solution is more flexible and enables our team to deliver an enhanced level of customer service.”
NGC Networks’ expanding portfolio of clients includes mail-order giant Freeman Grattan Holdings, Superbreak Holidays, Puma UK and The Car People.
