A LAW firm has welcomed a new addition to its Keighley residential property team.
Conveyancing executive Naheed Akhtar has been appointed by AWB Charlesworth Solicitors.
Naheed, who trained at a firm in Leeds, has over 12 years’ experience working with residential and commercial clients.
Another new appointment is solicitor Liz Coe, who will be based at the AWB Charlesworth Bingley office.
She previously worked for the company at its Skipton office, before spending ten years as an in-house property lawyer with a bank.
Declan Hayes, head of residential property, said: “I am delighted to welcome back Liz, who is a valuable addition to our Bingley office. And Naheed’s experience of acting for both residential and commercial clients will also be a valuable resource as we continue to represent individuals and businesses throughout the Aire Valley in a wide range of property transactions.”
