ORGANISERS of the 2018 Keighley College Career and Jobs Fair have announced a new date for the postponed event.
It was meant to have taken place on Thursday March 1, but had to be called off due to the heavy snow.
The re-arranged date confirmed for the event is Thursday April 19, from 2pm till 6pm.
Chris Stott, head of business engagement at Keighley College, said: “It was with huge regret that we had to postpone what has become a very important event in the college’s calendar.
"However, we are delighted to announce the new date of Thursday April 19.
"The event is set to be as busy as in previous years, with many businesses joining us, advertising real jobs on the day, both part-time and full time.
"In addition there will be a wealth of information available on the many apprenticeships on offer.”
