THE Shamrock Shuffle 5K fun run is hoping to draw competitors and crowds alike when it takes place at Harden Cricket Club on Saturday.
The club will open their gates from 9:30am with the race starting at 11am. Finishers will be rewarded with a medal, and more importantly, a leprechaun hat, with these items being included in the entry fee.
The online entry fee is £15 for adults and £10 for Under 16s with the child's fee increasing to £12 if you pay on the day.
Competitors are advised to bring suitable clothing and footwear due to parts of the route being off-road and muddy.
The charities that will benefit from the race are the Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice, Cancer Support Yorkshire and Rotary Charities.
Attendees can park at the football club and Woodbank Garden Centre.
