OLLIE Hunter hit six for Silsden Whitestar as they demolished Cowling 13-0 in their Keighley Cup semi-final. The win sees them ease into next Thursday's final against Steeton.

Whitestar built up a comfortable 4-0 lead by the end of the first half and, with the win already in the bag, they ran riot in the second period.

Aside from man of the match Hunter's double hat-trick, there were braces for both Sam Stanfield and Rob Matthews. A goal apiece from Patryk Barylski, James Wilson and William Storrie ensured Silsden racked up a baker's dozen.

Whitestar will be hoping for a double celebration at the end of the season. As well as the Keighley Cup final on May 3, they are hoping to reel in Settle United to win the Skipton Body Repair Centre Craven & District Premier Division.

Remarkably, their title push had stalled after they met Cowling the previous Wednesday, with the crucial league match ending in a dull 0-0 draw!
