OXENHOPE Recreation emerged victorious in a thrilling Keighley FA Challenge Cup contest at Sporting Keighley, winning 6-3 to progress into the next round.

Lee Reilly and Scott Nelson were the stars, as the pair both found the net twice. Sean Quinlan and Dan Scott were also on target for the visitors, who scored six goals for the second successive weekend.

In the West Yorkshire League Premier Division, Field took full advantage of the raft of postponements elsewhere, winning 4-1 at Horbury Town.

The victory moves them up two places into eighth, leaving them just two points behind Horbury.

Ben Baker was the star for the visitors, as he bagged a fantastic hat-trick. Christian Robinson was also on the scoresheet for Field.

Meanwhile, Thomas Fleming netted twice for Ilkley Town as they went down 4-3 in a brilliant game at home to leaders Leeds City.

Toby Harris also scored for a battling Town side, who were eventually floored by a 77th minute winner courtesy of Leeds City substitute Adam Fowler.
