SAM Stansfield's hat-trick helped Silsden Whitestar cruise into the semi-finals of the Craven League's Premier Division Cup.

Whitestar, playing at their Keighley Road ground, scored all their goals in the second half and blanked Carleton Sports Club 5-0 on Saturday.

In addition to Stansfield's hat-trick, the Silsden side got goals from Jake Crowther and Casey Dowthwaite.

They will play Settle United in the semi-final. The Settle side lost 4-1 in a league game at division leaders Trawden Celtic Juniors.

Four different players scored for Trawden, while Peter Stephenson got on the scoresheet for Settle.

FC Sporting Keighley went goal crazy at Sutton Playing Fields on Saturday, hammering Cross Hills 8-1.

Awais Khan netted four goals, man-of-the-match Saif Akbar bagged a hat-trick and Shazad Khan was on target with a solo effort for Keighley. Joshua Clarkson scored a consolation for Cross Hills.

In Division One, a hat-trick by Luke Barker saw third placed Cowling upend leaders Cononley Sports Club 4-2.

In addition to Barker's hat-trick, Matthew Heap scored for Cowling, while Josh Brown and William Leeming were on target for the home side.

Addingham are still without a league win after losing 5-2 to Broomhill at Marley.

Josh Nelson's brace led the way for Broomhill, as Tyler Brigg, Zak Wake and Jake Smith were also on the scoresheet for the Keighley side. Sam Tattersall and Steven Hunt scored for Addingham.

Settle United Reserves lost 5-1 at home to Trawden Celtic Juniors Reserves. Substitute Pedro Quintas scored a consolation for Settle.

Barnoldswick Barons thrashed Settle United 3rds 6-0 to advance to the semi-finals of the Division Two Cup.

The Barons, who raced out to a 3-0 lead at half-time, got a hat-trick from James Cumpstey, while Thomas Cleaver, Josh Scothern and Jack Smith were also the scoresheet in the match at Sough Park.

They will play the winners of Bradley's home tie with Earby Town, which will be played this Saturday at Ings Playing Fields.

Both Bradley and Earby Town warmed up for their cup tie with big wins at the weekend.

A Jack Leach brace saw Bradley beat bottom side Skipton Town Reserves 5-1. Sam Ash, Lee Britain and Calum Wootton also scored for Bradley, while Paul Clifton netted a consolation for Skipton.

Earby Town blasted Barlick Wanderers 6-1 in a derby at Earby Recreation Ground.

Matthew Bowker led the way for Earby, as Zac Beckwith, Jake Hargreaves and Shane Taylforth also scored for the home side. Thomas Hunter got a consolation for Barlick.

iPlay FC, who won at Baildon Trinity Celtic a week earlier, did the double over them with a 3-1 victory at Barrowford on Saturday.

Bottom of the league Addingham Reserves came up with the result of the weekend in Division Three when they beat second placed Trawden Celtic Juniors 3rds 4-3.

Man-of-the-match Adam Kay's hat-trick led the way for Addingham, who won their first league game of the season.

Otley Town A won 3-1 against Sutton, who saw Terence Hargreaves net another goal for the South Craven side.

Unbeaten division leaders Salts 4ths also won again, blanking FC Sporting Keighley Reserves 3-0.
