BRADFORD City's Football Development Programme can provide a pathway for youngsters wanting to play men's football.
And someone who has been there and done it has been giving tips to his fellow goalkeepers.
Teenage stopper Kyle Welsh is part of the programme, and is currently in the Scholars 1 side.
Northern Counties East League Premier Division outfit Silsden, managed by former City first-teamer Danny Forrest, have taken him on this season, and he made his first team debut in the Cobbydalers' 2-2 draw at AFC Mansfield on Boxing Day.
He would have been hoping to build on that appearance, but sadly the league was suspended a few days later due to worsening coronavirus pandemic.
But he has not been twiddling his thumbs since, and gave the younger goalkeepers in the Football Development Programme a presentation earlier this week on their role within the set-up.
🤲 | Tonight our Scholars 1's goalkeeper @kylewel38768739, who recently made his @SilsdenAFC debut, gave the younger goalkeepers in the programme a presentation on their role as a keeper in the FDP.

The presentation went down well, and will hopefully inspire some of Welsh's fellow goalkeepers to go on to great things.
