THE Craven League returned at the weekend and Silsden Whitestar suffered their first defeat of the campaign after a 1-0 scoreline saw Cowling claim victory.

Kieran Duxbury scored the only goal for the hosts and it ensured Silsden's 100% record was squashed.

Elsewhere in the Premier Division, Skipton Town First lost 3-2 away at Trawden Celtic Juniors First with Callum Whitfield scoring a brace to edge the home side to victory.

In Division 1, Silsden Whitestar Reserves were beaten by Baildon Trinity Athletic First 5-2 away from home, while iPlay FC First won 4-2 in a thriller at home to Grassington United Reserves.

Elsewhere in Division 1, Addingham First put on a five star display to overcome Trawden Celtic Juniors Reserves at home in a 5-3 scoreline.

Ewan Collier and Jonathan Dow both scored braces for Addingham.

Division 2 saw local rivals Skipton Town Reserves and Sutton First go head to head.

It was the away side (Sutton) who stole the three points, winning 1-0 in a closely contested affair. Jack Sedgwick scored the winner.

In the other fixtures of the weekend, Barlick Wanderers Firsts lost 6-7 at home to Grindleton First, Hellifield Sports Hellifield Sports FC and Barnoldswick Barons Seniors Open Aged drew 2-2 and Otley Town 3rds and Crosshills Reserves also shared the same scoreline.

Two games were postponed in Division 3, those being Settle United 3rd versus Otley Town 4ths and Bingley Town BTFC Reserves against iPlay FC 2nd team.

But FC Keighley United Open Age's game at home home to Weston Lane Jnrs S S C OPEN AGE did go ahead and the hosts won 6-0.

Tyler Brigg struck a hat-rick for Keighley.

In the only other Division 3 fixture, Sutton Reserves lost 3-1 at home to Addingham Reserves.
