SHUTTLEWORTH Beverley On April 30, 2019 peacefully at Manorlands Hospice, Beverley aged 54 years. Beloved daughter of Helen and the late Peter. The funeral service and cremation will take place at Oakworth Crematorium on Wednesday May 15 at 10.45am. Will family and friends please assemble at the crematorium chapel. Family flowers only please but donations would be appreciated to Manorlands Hospice. A box will be provided at the service for this purpose or may be made online at www.david-gallagher.co.uk.
