Visitors to the Bronte Parsonage Museum are being invited to step back in time to experience the Parsonage of Christmases past.
Charles Dickens will drop into the museum during its Victorian weekend, which runs from tomorrow until Sunday. Staff will be in Victorian costume each day from 11am to 4pm. Lynne Cunliffe, above right, and Victoria Smith, are pictured at last year’s event.
There will be a Bronte puppet theatre and carols around the tree on Saturday at 2pm.
Jackie Kay, the current writer-in-residence, will share her Bronte inspiration on Sunday from 11am to 1pm.
Haworth Primary School pupils will sing in the Parsonage garden on Sunday at 2.30pm.
Some events may have to be booked. Call (01535) 642323 or visit bronte.org.uk for further information.
