‘DOUBLE Dynamite’ is on offer from Brontë Blues Club tomorrow (March 7) as it hosts two superb UK blues harpists.
Paul Lamb will perform with guitarist-vocalist Chad Strentz while Johnny Hewitt will perform with guitarist-vocalist Tommy Allen.
The two duos can be seen at the club’s regular venue of Laycock Village Hall from 8.30pm.
Before that there will be a shortened set by the Brontë Blues Club’s house band BBC5.
Paul Lamb is arguably the most successful UK-born blues harpist, having won the British Blues Award in for six successive years in the 1990s.
He has twice brought his full band to the Brontë Blues Club.
Johnny Hewitt’s love for blues music and musicians began when he was just 16 when he heard harmonica players such as Little Walter, Sonny-boy Williamson and Big Walter Horton on the radio.
Tickets cost £12 by visiting bronteblues.com or from the Turkey Inn at Goose Eye.
