JAMES will be the Friday night headliners during the Beat Herder Festival running from July 15 to 17 in the Ribble Valley.
The Manchester rock legends are replacing former headliners Primal Scream, who had to cancel their appearance due to Bobby Gillespie’s recent injury.
Britpop legends James, fresh from a new album and arena tour, are known for anthemic singles like Sit Down, Come Home, She’s A Star and Laid.
Also appearing during the weekend will be Todd Terje, Booka Shade, Digitalism, Miike Snow, Donovan and Chronixx & Zincface Redemption.
Further down the bill will be A Guy Called Gerald, Claude Vonstroke, Derrick Carter, Gen Levy, Greg Wilson, Jesse Rose and Justin Martin.
