PLAYING the Groovy Happening in Haworth on Saturday, September 3 will be Caledonia Road.
The Keighley-born musicians who make up the acoustic duo draw their inspiration from the likes of Oasis, Arctic Monkeys and Bob Dylan.
Groovy Happening, at the Parkside Social Club in Butt Lane will host the first date of Caledonia Road’s upcoming ‘Lost EP Tour’.
Also playing the Groovy Happening are alternative rock band General James Blakk, who play a wide range of covers, some well known and some maybe not.
The band is made up of four experienced musicians who play for enjoyment but take their music seriously.
Over the years they have shared the stage with bands such as Limehouse Lizzy, Skeletal Family and Rebel Truce.
Spokesman Ann Wiles said: “We are looking forward to having them back to perform at Groovy Happening.”
