Dr Dilbert Dinkle is an unpleasant and evil genius. He has invented the Liquidator 2000. This machine zaps out a lazer and everything in its path turns to liquid. His cat Petey is equally evil and assists him in his dastardly deeds.
Petey inadvertently zaps Dr Dinkle and turns him into liquid. He then licks him up and wees him out! Dinkle is unhappy about smelling of wee and sets out to destroy all the toilets he can find.
The heros of the story are Super Diaper Baby and Diaper Dog. Together they attempt to foil the wicked duo's plans.
This is a fun,easy reading comic strip book featuring flip o rama extras. Toilet humour with a twist!
