BLACKBURN David Paula, Lisa and Melissa would like to thank relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy, cards and flowers following David's very sad passing. Special thanks to all who attended his service and for the generous donations to Manorlands, Sue Ryder Hospice in memory of David. Many thanks to the staff at Manorlands for the care they provided and to Paul Wilkinson at Gallagher Family Funeral Directors for his thoughtful guidance and support.
