Children at Glusburn Community Primary School are going up in the world.
A low-level traversing wall has been installed outside for use at playtimes.
It was bought with funds raised by pupils last year through the Young Apprentice scheme, in which the children sold products and services to the school community.
The youngsters have also acquired a Wii, pool table, wet playtime board games and art materials.
Head teacher Richard Hunt said: “The wall provides the children with a fun and physical challenge, making playtimes that bit more exciting.”
