Police called to a fire at Dalton Mills in Keighley discovered cannabis growing in one of the units.
The mill complex in Dalton Lane is home to more than 20 businesses.
Officers attended when the fire broke out late last Wednesday afternoon, and discovered 19 cannabis plants.
A 29-year-old man from the Woodhouse area of Keighley was arrested on suspicion of cannabis cultivation, and was given a police caution.
