A Keighley community centre has become a popular venue for women from the town’s Asian community preparing for weddings.
Central Hall is hosting mehndi parties, which allow the bride and her party to decorate their skin before the wedding ceremony.
Centre spokesman Ash Alom said there had been about 15 mehndi parties in the past six months, with several during the summer holidays.
He added the hall is increasingly in demand for private functions.
