Thieves broke into a secluded shed in Cowling and stole a distinctive green Carrera Vulcan mountain bike.
Police said the cycle has white and green highlighting, the brake cable is chewed and the reflectors on the spokes have been removed.
It was taken between midnight on August 11 and 6am the following day. Anyone with information is asked to contact PC James Dykes at Cross Hills Police Station on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111, quoting reference 12130137742.
