A fundraiser in Haworth for Great Ormond Street Hospital was spellbinding!
A magician was among performers at the social night held at the Old Registry restaurant and hotel.
The event, which also featured singer Annie Drury, raised £570 for a specialist research fund at the London hospital.
The guest of honour was Keighley teenager, Amy Knowles, who regularly spends several months at Great Ormond Street.
Amy suffers from a complex disorder that means the nerves and muscles in her stomach do not work.
Amy started the Amy May Yam Fund to raise money for research into the condition.
Peter and Leanne Quinn heard about the fund and decided it should benefit from the event, which was held to celebrate the first anniversary of them taking over the Old Registry.
Leanne said Amy and her family enjoyed the evening. She added: “The singing by Annie Drury was amazing, and Sam, our magician, wowed the crowds!”
Thanks goes to those who donated prizes.
