The summer of love came to Bracken Bank on Tuesday despite the rain.
Almost 100 people celebrated the 60s-themed Earth Day at the Sue Belcher Community Centre.
They took part in a variety of fun activities as part of the centre’s annual environmental event.
Members of the centre’s gardening club, known as the Warriors, made ‘Love Soup’ to share with visitors.
The Faery Floss Boutique provided candy floss and Haworth gardener Steve Thorpe took along lambs to meet the children.
Youngsters were also able to decorate a wishing tree with salt-dough egg shapes or make frames for their own artwork.
Centre worker Pip Gibson said: “The day went really well and was very busy despite the rain. We had lots going on inside.”
