A RAILWAY Children tribute filmed last year on the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway will be screened on TV tonight.
Street Cinema: The Railway Children, created for the One Show, will be broadcast on BBC1 at 7pm.
Railway Children star Sally Thomsett came to Haworth last August to make the segment as part of a series on great British films.
Sally, railway president Anne Cryer and Keighley town mayor Graham Mitchell, were all filmed recalling the movie’s making in 1970.
The TV crew also went to locations along the Worth Valley that were used in the filming of the Railway Children in the 1970s.
