MANY are looking for it, many prophecies have been given about it, but when did you last feel/see a movement of God in our town?
On the Move is a great time of fellowship in our town, but only lasts three days, with some after-effects.
The last move that affected me was in about 1957, when I was in All Saints' choir.
The church army came to Keighley and there were banners across every main road through town. The crusade lasted about four weeks.
I was left with one thought that has stayed with me for 60 years. The cross is the letter 'I' crossed out.
Until we lose our complacency in the church’s cry over the fact that at least 75 per cent of the population is heading down the wide road that leads to destruction and seek the Holy Spirit’s guidance, we will stay 'I' because we’re doing it our way and not the 'I' with a cross which is God’s way.
