I WATCHED a feature on TV about surplus food with regards to supermarkets/catering establishments.
This prompted me to think of the problem and what this town could do about it.
Perhaps a central foodbank could be established in the financially ailing civic centre in North Street?
At least that would increase footfall to this iconic Keighley landmark and will show the world we care regarding our ability to produce and use food sensibly.
