A KEIGHLEY mum has organised a ‘nearly new’ sale at Victoria Hall as part of a Dragons Den-supported franchise.
Katie Greenway has signed up to the Mum2mum Market and will host her first sale of outgrown baby clothes and equipment.
Local parents will be brought together to sell to each other face-to-face during the 1.15pm to 3.15 event.
Mum2mum market was started in 2011 by mum-of-three Cath Harrop after she started selling her own second-hand baby clothes and equipment on ebay and at car boot sales.
She secured a £35,000 investment from Deborah Meaden on the TV show Dragons Den.
Katie said: “I am so excited to be giving local parents the opportunity to buy great quality second hand goods or make some cash from their outgrown children’s stuff.”
Sellers can keep 100 per cent of their sale proceeds, and novice sellers will be coached before to the event with seller tips and pricing guides.
Visit mum2mummarket.co.uk for further information and to book a stall.
