A YORKSHIRE Water worker spread festive cheer to hospital children's wards.
Sarah Royal delivered selection boxes to Airedale Hospital, and to Bradford Royal Infirmary and Calderdale.
She had set herself a target of 355 boxes.
But thanks to the support of family, friends and colleagues at Yorkshire Water – where she manages the company's social media channels – she smashed through the figure.
Sarah began her seasonal giveaway four years ago, and has now donated over 1,000 boxes of sweets.
"It must be awful to be a kid in hospital at Christmas so it's nice to see them smile when we drop by to say merry Christmas with our chocolate treats," she said.
"A big thank-you goes to everyone who donated and I'm hoping my appeal will grow again next year."
