SUPPORTERS of efforts to resurrect a rail link which would give Keighley passengers a direct route into Lancashire are being urged to attend a campaign group's next open meeting.
The Skipton-East Lancashire Rail Action Partnership (SELRAP) is staging the meeting at Earby Community Centre, New Road, on Monday, January 8, at 7pm.
Backers of the campaign include Keighley MP John Grogan, who co-chaired a meeting in the Commons to debate the proposed rail link.
Jane Wood, for SELRAP, said: "2017 has proved to be a transformational year for the campaign.
"Those attending the open meeting will be updated on the progress made by the group, which has been helped by the wide support of many organisations and individuals."
