TWO nursing homes run by the same care group have been rated 'good' by inspectors.
Currergate at Steeton and Beanlands, Cross Hills, received the ranking from the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The homes are owned and operated by Czajka Care Group.
Inspectors praised a "positive interaction" between staff and residents at Beanlands and highlighted the home's activities programme and varied meal choices.
Currergate was applauded for its "dedicated levels of care" and the relationship between team members and residents.
Tribute was also paid to the way the home promotes independent living.
Konrad Czajka, the group's managing director, said: "We're extremely pleased with these latest CQC reports.
"Both Currergate and Beanlands have extremely strong teams in place which always put residents at the centre of everything they do.
"The CQC inspection is a rigorous process and for the inspectors to recognise and praise so much of what they saw is the ultimate endorsement for our homes."
