MANORLANDS has shared in a £2,000-plus payout from the Skipton District Oddfellows.
The Oxenhope hospice and Martin House Hospice in Boston Spa are sharing in £2,048 that the charity raised with events during Provincial Grand Master Terry Stansfield’s 2018/19 year in office.
Terry was joined by her husband Derek, also a Lodge stalwart, and a group of members central to fund-raising efforts on behalf of her two chosen charities.
She thanked them for their sterling support and all others who had rallied round to help raise such a splendid sum.
Terry has been involved with the Independent Order of Oddfellows Manchester Unity Friendly Society for 12 years and has been a member of the Skipton District Lodge Committee of Management for some five years.
