STEVIE Wonder tribute singer Rojay will perform in the Hall of Fame Bar at Cougar Park, Keighley, on May 17.

An evening of Motown madness is promised as Rojay, regarded as one of the UK’s Stevie tribute artists, takes to the stage.

A Cougars spokesman said: “Rojay has wowed audiences in Europe and American with his wonderful stage presence and outstanding vocal talent.

“A co-founder of the band DeAnte, whose single reached number 13 in the Dutch charts, Rojay has more recently appeared on the Dutch version of The Voice and his latest single Knocked Out has been nominated for a Grammy Award.

“Performing Stevie Wonder’s catalogue of hits, along with many others from the heyday of Motown, this show is a must for all Motown fans.”

Rojay tours his Night of Wonders show across Europe, performing songs such as Sir Duke, For Once in My Life, Signed Sealed Delivered and My Cherie Amour.

He has also performed a double-header act with Ray Charles tribute singer Melvin Gallant.

Tickets cost £10 from Cougar Park.
