STAFF from housing group Incommunities are taking the plunge to raise money for charity.
Group chief executive Geraldine Howley, management team colleagues Adrienne Reid and Greg Robinson and apprentice plumber Mark Crane are tackling the Great North Swim.
Together they aim to coin-in £1,000 for Women's Aid and are appealing to businesses and housing partners for support.
The Great North Swim takes place on Lake Windermere, on June 8.
Women's Aid, which helps victims of domestic violence, is the chosen charity of the 2018-19 Chartered Institute of Housing president Jim Strang.
Ms Howley said: "We are all determined to support this important cause."
