VOLUNTEERS knitted 1,200 Easter chicks to raise money for a charity which supports unpaid carers.
More than 30 knitters from across Yorkshire made the chicks for Carers’ Resource, to sell at its offices and various other outlets.
Some of the items were specially produced in white, with silver charms, to celebrate the charity’s 25th anniversary.
* Carers’ Resource offices are currently closed due to the coronavirus outbreak, but support is still being offered by staff working from their own homes. To get in touch, visit carersresource.org/contact.
