POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a crash at Cullingworth which has claimed the life of a motorcyclist.
Richard Grant, 70, was taken to hospital with serious injuries following the collision, on Sunday, October 11.
He died on Monday.
Mr Grant – from Sowerby Bridge – was riding a black BMW motorcycle which was involved in a collision with a white Volkswagen Caddy van in Halifax Road, near the junction with Manywells Brow, at 10.50am on October 11.
A woman passenger on the motorbike also suffered serious injuries. She has since been released from hospital.
The driver and a passenger in the van were not injured.
Police are asking anyone who witnessed the accident or saw either the van or the motorcycle prior to the collision to come forward.
Officers would also like to speak to anyone who may have dashcam footage of the incident.
