DEMENTIA Friendly Keighley is seeking new trustees.
The charity – which raises awareness of dementia and provides support to those living with the condition, plus their relatives and carers – has a board of trustees, responsible for the organisation’s strategic management and administration.
“We are always on the lookout for new trustees who can bring a range of skills and knowledge to the organisation,” said a spokesman.
“As well as welcoming anyone with a commitment to voluntary service – especially in relation to dementia – we are also currently looking for people with experience in health and safety, marketing, media and communications, funding bids or fundraising.
“The board meets once a month – at present virtually – and is a very friendly bunch!”
Anyone interested should email chairman Jan Smithies on jan@dementiafriendlykeighley.org.uk to arrange a time for a telephone chat.
