MUSIC groups run by Bradford Council are once again playing face-to-face.
The brass bands, orchestras, rock groups and choir had been meeting online for the past year.
But rehearsals in person have resumed.
The groups, organised by the council’s music and arts service, draw their membership from schools across the district.
During the pandemic, members have been recording virtual performances and taking part in online workshops.
Carl White, head of the service, said: “It’s fantastic to be able to meet and rehearse again in person.
“The students and staff of the music service have shown great resilience and dedication over the last 12 months and it’s wonderful to finally be able to make music together again.”
The service runs groups throughout the week catering for young players of most instruments.
