THE former Victoria Hotel building in Keighley is currently undergoing a £1m transformation.
Derelict for several years, the landmark premises in Cavendish Street are being converted into commercial units with flats above.
The present building is believed to have been constructed by a Mr Horner, who was born at East Morton in around 1838.
Here we turn the spotlight on other historic pub and hotel buildings across the Keighley district.
Some are still in existence today, while others – sadly – have not survived.
