A KEIGHLEY man has been banned from driving for 15 months and ordered to pay a total of £239 after admitting two offences of getting behind the wheel while over the drugs limit.
Adam Paul Baldwin, 31, of Whin Knoll Avenue, pleaded guilty to driving with excess amounts of Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol and Benzoylecgonine in his blood.
Both offences took place in Keighley Road, Bradford, on February 25 this year, Bradford and Keighley Magistrates Court heard.
In addition to the disqualification, Baldwin was fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £34 victim surcharge.
