The Strawberry Street Meeting House
AN exhibition is being staged next Friday (October 1) at the Keighley Quaker Meeting House.
The event, between noon and 2pm, is themed around the COP26 climate change conference and militarism. Environmental groups are invited to stage a small display.
“We are hoping to learn more about local groups which support the environment,” said a spokesperson. “It is an opportunity to share experiences.” Light refreshments will be served.
To have a display, contact Erica Cadbury on keighleyquakerclerk@gmail.com. Covid precautions may require some to wait outside the Meeting House, in Strawberry Street.
